This 4-week course will empower you with the most effective tools of Ayurveda and Western science, from daily nutrition, routines and yoga to detoxing and rejuvenation. For the athlete you know, it will provide essential knowledge for training safely and avoiding setbacks, like depletion or injury. Listening to your body is one thing, but viewing it through the lens of Ayurveda and ecophysiology is quite another.

~ do a holistic self-EVALUATION of your current ~ fitness, performance & trainability
~ create a healthier, safer & more effective training program that is PERSONALIZED for your unique body & mind
~ customize your personal nutrition/training regimen to OPTIMIZE your performance (and recovery) & make consistent progress
~ boost the anabolic processes of your body (ex. creating new muscle), shorten your recovery time & speed up tissue repair
