Bio: Candice Jamieson
Candice has the best job, simple as that. She works on transforming her clients into fitter and healthier versions of themselves. Every heroic story begins with a struggle, and Candice's was no different. Beginning a few years ago when she was unsure of who she was, who she wanted to be, or what she wanted to do. She remembers looking in the mirror every day, on the verge of tears because she didn't relate to the person who was staring back at her. As a qualified Personal Trainer and nutrition coach, she can help you lose weight, build muscle, or simply live a healthier lifestyle. She believes that looking after yourself mind, body, and spirit is the best thing you can do for yourself and those around you. Her favorite exercises are Calisthenics, HIIT, Intervals, and Bodybuilding.
Bio: Gurjit Parmar
At a young age Gurjit battled with being overweight and not feeling confident in her own body. One day she made the commitment to start leading a healthier and more positive lifestyle. Her brothers got her into hypertrophy training and she also built a strong relationship with CARDIO! She began running and challenging herself to run 1 extra minute everyday and a couple months later she was running half marathons. Gurjit aka G became so PASSIONATE & COMMITED to working out and seeing her body change in ways she never thought it could. Fast forward to a few years later, she set some BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS GOALS to compete in a bikini competition, becoming a certified personal trainer, and running her first half marathon. She has now crushed ALL of those goals! So her commitment for YOU is that she creates a training environment that no only motivates but also empowers YOU to continually challenge yourself and to crush some of your own goals.
