Biography: Rene Picard
Rene has been putting his energy stamp on Clubs for the past 22 years! He believes that age isn't just a measurement of time but rather that of wisdom and a strong mindset. Set your goals, believe in yourself and then shatter these goals! Rene comes from diverse fitness background of Gymnastics, Dance, Cycling, Cross Fit, Kickboxing only to name a few, but most recently a full immersion into Yoga Fitness Fusion with the new Oxygen Yoga and Fitness in our neighborhood Kitsilano. In his classes, you can expect to see fusion of everything and every now and then he will kick it off old school style.
Come for a one hour challenging and upbeat class that uses all different modalities to tone the body. Appropriate for all levels, expect to continuous movement and heart pumping. Yoga moves, Pilates moves and more...Rene's style unpredictably fun! Please bring a Yoga mat, towel, water, no socks or shoes necessary.
