As part of the weekend programming we'll be hosting two of Vancouver Mural Fest's 2016 artists, Peter Ricq & Ben Knight, as they paint 8'x4' canvases live at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza. Artists will be painting 12-5pm Saturday & Sunday, and their piece will be available for purchase, so don't miss your chance to see it live! We're also excited to partner with Untitled Art Space to present large-scale pieces designed by local artist Tierney Milne that will be installed around the event! Look for the 10'x8' scrims of bright colours and interesting shapes!

This event is held on the unceded and ancestral land of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Skxwú7mesh-ulh, Stó:lo & Tsleil-Waututh nations. As we host events, we acknowledge the historical and ongoing colonial genocide against Indigenous peoples, as it is their lands that make it possible for us to be here as occupiers.
