FLVX (pronounced flux) is a fitness collective that encompasses healthly living through martial arts, cross training, pop culture and community.

FLVX is unique in its approach to health with its goal of marrying all these concepts that make Vancouverites unique through martial arts, community, and music rather than segregating fitness into individuals components.

Workout Description: This is an intensive cardio-boxing workout that keeps your body guessing. The class integrates boxing with other cardio and circuit training. This is a hands-on and non-contact fitness class. Bring your own boxing gloves if you have them.
At this special workout we will be celebrating the one year anniversary of our longest running class and by far the busiest at RYU West 4th! Pre-workout drinks and post-workout smoothies will be provided by Popeye's Supplements Kitsilano, in addition to snacks, music and more surprises! Thank you FLVX!
