Ever wanted to learn how to make your very own jerk chicken from scratch?
Join us as we fire up the BBQ for a caribbean cooking class! Michelle Gordon will teach us how to use traditonal jerk seasonings to create the perfect marinade.
Jerk seasoning principally relies upon two items: allspice (called «pimento» in Jamaica) and Scotch bonnet peppers. Other ingredients may include cloves, cinnamon, scallions, nutmeg, thyme, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, and salt.
If the weather is nice we will be prepping in the parking lot in the sunshine!
Lets come together for good vibez, food and music!
