Lust For Life presents JP Maurice + Nuela Charles with special guests Parker Bossley and Devarrow
Vancouver based pop/rock musician, songwriter and producer.
Canadian, Swiss, and Kenyan musician, who plays a style of soul, pop, r&b, jazz and hip hop music.
Parker Bossley's last few years have been his most exciting, frenetic and accomplished period of music making. Sometimes working alongside his pal, music luminary Steve Bays, and sometimes going it alone, songs he wrote reacted at radio (a #5 song in Gay Nineties' 'Letterman') and were cut by prominent acts (Fitz and the Tantrums, Sleepy Tom and more). At the top of this year Parker's attention turned to writing songs for his new solo project. He traveled back and forth between Vancouver and LA writing and recording songs himself and with others (such as Simon Katz of Youngblood Hawke, Avid Dancer and Zach from Rogue Wave, just to name a few).
Now back in Vancouver for a stretch, Parker has assembled a band that includes some of the city's finest musicians (Cody Hiles from the Zolas, Andy Bishop of White Ash Falls, Mike Rosen, and JP Maurice). With Parker's signature high energy, great songs, and such a tasty band backing him, the live show promises to be a must see event.
Show @ 9pm/19+
