Based on the book ‘How To Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this retreat is a wonderful opportunity to bring about positive changes in our lives that will enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.

Gen Kelsang Sanden is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver and Kadampa Meditation Centre Fraser Valley. He has been a long time student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. He is well loved for his compassion, sense of humour and the clarity of his teachings.
