We are all about Community and bringing high vibing people together for awesome events, so we can connect in ways that we simply can’t through our computer screens.
Yoga has such a powerful effect on our minds, bodies, and hearts that its lovely to link up with other people who are having similar experiences.
This community is about about caring for one another, and sharing with one another what is most meaningful. We will come together to lift one another up, celebrate breakthroughs and growth.
Ultimately the whole concept is based on a higher purpose, a deeper meaning, and a more profound vision in life—and that is consciousness.

— Warm clothes (for when sun drops, you can stay cozy)
— Food/Drink for your dinner (bring take-out, if possible use reusable containers, so try not to use plastic)
— Optional: Cash for donation. Contribute what you can and feel fair. We want to make yoga accessible to everyone and bring together a community of awesome people! Every dollar is appreciated for the effort we will put into this:) All funds raised will go towards our new Exhale Yoga Retreats«Give Love» Program we are launching soon!
About the Teacher: Rachel Wainwright whole-heartedly believes in the transformative power of yoga. Yoga has given her the tools to meet the inevitable difficulties of life with a measure of acceptance, openness, trust and LOVE. Rachel believes mindful movement to motivational music can help shift your perspective to a more positive one and raise your vibration to a higher frequency. She believes that with this practice you will attract a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life. Rachel guides you to move from the inside out, allowing you listen to your sensations and hear your inner intelligence. She playfully inspires you to be adventurous and have an intimate experience connecting to your true natural authentic self. She combines her dance, pilates, and yoga training to create creative fluid flows that strengthen the body, empower the mind, and uplift the spirit.
Please, arrive 15 minutes before class start time to share with Rachel your level of experience and if you have any injuries. So she can give you modifications if necessary.
