You read right! Yoga with bunnies!
In spirit of UBC's Campus-Wide Health and Wellness Week, the Arts Undergraduate Society's Health & Wellness Committee has collaborated with the UBC Yoga Club to host not one, but TWO classes of BUNNY YOGA! With the cute bunnies hopping about during your relaxing yoga practice, we are sure this combination will brighten up your midterm season!
Bunny Yoga strives to help reduce stress and increase mental/physical well-being by optimizing the tranquility of yoga in a non-judgemental environment. All levels of yoga and animal lovers are welcome!
Plus all proceeds will be going to the Small Animal Rescue Society of B.C. This organization has kindly offered their furry little friends to our event.
Performance Theatre inside the Nest
Thursday, October 12th @ 1:30-2:30pm OR 3:00-4:00pm
Plus an additional 20 minute cuddling session with the bunnies after each class!

WHAT TO BRING:
Minimum $10 donation collected at the door.
Your own yoga mats if you have one. If not, mats will be provided, courtesy of UBC Yoga Club.
Positive intentions + appropriate work out gear.
All proceeds will be going to the Small Animal Rescue Society of BC.
