An intro to intuitive eating with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Are you feeling like you overindulged this winter? Are you ready to change everything and start a really strict diet? Well, don't! And don't worry, life is all about balance.
This workshop is an introduction to intuitive eating. Learn how to tune into your body so you can change and adapt your diet to your needs. Every season requires you to act and feed yourself in different ways in order to stay balanced and connected to the earth. I will give you some simple guidance about the seasons and why it effects how we should be eating. There is no one right diet for everyone, and the right diet for you will change depending on the seasons, your health and what your body needs. The intuitive eater will be able to listen to their body and eat accordingly.
We'll talk about the digestive process and some easy changes and tricks to make sure you are digesting your food properly which is the first step to good health! We'll also talk about cravings and what they could be telling you about your body, as well as some techniques to handle and overcome cravings.
Instead of starting a diet that's unsustainable, learn how to craft healthy eating habits for the future so you can feel happy and healthy all year!
