This is no ordinary event, in spite of the wakening of hate crimes, Islamophobia, police brutality, anti-semitism, hatred, and racism against a multitude of people on the spectrum, we will be holding a rally called peace for prosperity, if you would like to join us at the rally on Sunday, January 14 from 4-6pm at the Vancouver Art Gallery (Robson Side).
It's important that we in the midst of difficulty learn to connect through kindness and love, to unite as all despite race, despite sexual orientation, despite religion, despite culture, despite background.
We will be sharing our life stories about what affected us the most and doing poetry as well, feel free to bring any medium of art that you feel is significant to you and you would like to share we will be having our featured speaker Noor Fadel talking about her personal experiences.
Poets will be reading, you can bring posters/ signs if you'd like to be part of the panel speakers do not hesitate to contact me. As I am the organizer of this event and bring your artwork, poems, and stories to share on the stage. The world will only change for those who aspire to make a difference for those around them, please share, I hope hundreds of people maximum at the gathering so bring as many people as you can! Please share this event and invite widely.
(I want this to be a peaceful rally, my goal is to educate others on the atrocities in this present day world, it does no good to scream violence and show aggression towards difficulty, instead I would like to educate people on how to approach difficulty when brought forth in a serene, loving manner of actions. I want it to be Pro love, Pro acceptance, let us educate one another and accept one another.
Let love take over fear, push aside Media, stereotypes, hatred, and divisions.
And peace to you. )
