The 21-Day Walk Challenge will be a virtual event. The goal is to get in the steps per day, based on which Challenge you are interested in: Beginner (Couch Potato Challenge), Intermediate (Shed a Pound Challenge), or Advanced (Shred the Pounds Challenge). The number of steps to achieve each day of the 21 days for the Challenge you select are on the sheets my post dated 12/26/2017 in Kim's Walk Party Facebook Group. All you need is a pedometer or electronic steps tracker, such as FitBit. Just track all the steps you take each day. You will see a difference in how you feel (and look) after 21 short days.
