The Railway Stage and Beer Café presents:
Why our bodies are beautiful.
Wanna know who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? Well Join Dust and Karmella as they welcome their guest MERRIE CHERRY all the way from Brooklyn!
This show is inspired by bodies, ALL BODIES, lumpy bodies, smooth bodies, hairy bodies, misshapen bodies, fit bodies, dead bodies… Jk but seriously, we are gonna show you what our bodies can do, where our bodies have been and WHY THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL WHETHER YOU THINK SO OR NOT BECAUSE ALL BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL.
Show: 10:00 PM // 19+
Merrie Cherry // They call her Mother of Brooklyn for a reason. Merrie Cherry has been ruling over the New York City borough for six years. She is the host and producer of the Brooklyn only drag competition (DRAGnet) and drag pageant (Mr(s). BK). She is also the producer of the annual Brooklyn NIghtlife Awards, where the best of Brooklyn nightlife celebrate one another. She is excited about her trip to Vancouver and can't wait to give shows 24/7.
Karmella // everyone’s sassy chocolate friend. Many people view her as being perpetually sweet (because she is made of chocolate). Karmella also has the amazing opportunity to be Miss Cobalt 6.
Dust // local drag person, mischief maker, and Mother of the House of the Brave, a local drag family that defies the trends.
