Our bread master Fabrizio Busso will teach you how to make the best homemade pizza in teglia, also known here as Sicilian-style pizza, a thick-crust pizza easy to make at home, that does not require a wood-fire oven and tossing skills.
In this intimate hands-on class, you will learn how to make pizza from scratch, starting from flour, water and yeast, learn the best toppings options, eat the pizza you made and bring home the pizza dough you kneaded in class and drink a beer flight offered by Main Street Brewing! This class is vegan-friendly since Fabrizio will showcase also dairy-free, plant-based toppings.
Fabrizio Busso was born in Savigliano, a small city in the north of Italy. He started his career in the food and beverage field when he was just 17 years old. First Bartender, then Professional Baker and last Maestro Gelatiere, Fabrizio built his knowledge day by day in his own business in Italy and taking part in a lot of competitions. He loves to share his passion with happy people who would like to improve their skills or just enjoy an “Italian Experience”.
