On March 17th, 2018, we'll be hosting a ball hockey tournament to benefit the Canadian Cancer Society. Teams of up to 8 participants will compete in 4 on 4 games in a spirited day of fun and philanthropy.
This year we hope to host 20+ teams for a fun, competitive day of road hockey! Registration costs are $120 per male team and $100 per female team. There will be a barbecue and refreshments for sale, with profits going towards the event. We are also planning to have a food truck on site to provide a wider selection of food for event participants.
The Scott Trapp Stick-it To Cancer Memorial Tournament is an annual charity ball hockey tournament established by the Delta Kappa Epsilon (DKE) – Phi Alpha Fraternity at the University of British Columbia. The 2018 tournament will be held on March 17th at the UBC campus. Renamed in memory of Brother Scott Trapp, a Phi Alpha DKE member who lost his courageous battle with cancer in December of 2014, the event invites teams of men and women from across Vancouver to participate in the tournament.
