We're celebrating National Canadian Film Day on Wed. April 18 with our UBC Rogers Multicultural Film Program presenting a Community Film Festival with films from the FIPR 469A class. Led my Adjunct Professor Alejandro Yoshizawa, and supported by our Phil Lind Multicultural Artist in Residence Julia Kwan, these new Canadian short films tell stories from emerging artists with a global perspective.The free evening event will be held in the Frederic Wood Theatre, with the winners announced at the reception after.
Doors open at 6:30 pm at the Frederic Wood Theatre
