Sarah Cuff, a holistic sports nutritionist, speaker and endurance athlete will be in our store to talk about eating for energy, performance, and injury-prevention. All of these components will ensure you are at your absolute best when running! We will have some snacks of hers that you can put to the test, as well a demo of one of her favourite smothies that you can try as well. Check out Sarahs company, Eat 2 Run here
Physiotherapists Stephanie McGregor and Jason Wong from Myodeotx, manual therapy and movement clinic will be in house to give us some pro tips!
