Restorative Yoga with the addition of story-telling (Yoga Nidra) for the creative mind and body. As you relax into postures where your body is fully supported with yoga props and warm blankets and eye-pillows, you relax into healing brain-wave patterns between consciousness and sleep. The stories told during this session are chosen based on helping your creative senses to awaken.
